my first time being on lucy
riding in the car with sam and jordan
it was our first time getting in the car after chilling at the park for awhile
were at a stoplight turning left, sam is driving (which i have no idea how he was)
everything looks bright, the cars headlights are mesmerizing us
all of a sudden
the build up at 2:32 comes up
and were just sitting at the light, cars surrounding us on every lane
and right when the beat dropped at 2:44
the light turned green and all the cars started moving at the same time
in ALL directions
toward us, away from us, next to us
EVERYONE suddenly stopped what they were saying, what they were thinking about
and we were just struck with a tidal wave of emotions
mindblown, mindfucked, mindcasserole of nonsense
… it was amazing
